Description: Every
year an estimated 9,000 ex-offenders leave prison and return or move to
Baltimore City. At this event, approximately 250 area business and community
leaders will gather to recognize those who promote the employment of
ex-offenders as well as individuals who have changed their lives through
personal and professional achievement. Honorees will include:
