The position requires a Bachelors degree in a related field of human services and three years of transferable experience, preferably management or corrections. Also needed is a reasonable combination of the following skills and abilities budget development and management, public relations, and personnel supervision and management. Successful candidates must possess a valid Maryland Drivers License and be privileged to drive in accordance with the Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) Guideline as established by the company. The AD directs the supervision of the inmate population through the treatment and security staff in accordance with applicable directives. Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Criminal Justice or related field is required.
