Assistant Director

The Assistant Director (AD) is responsible to the Executive Director for the operations of the agency to include security, treatment and maintenance of the facility.  The AD directs the supervision of the inmate population through the treatment and security staff in accordance with applicable directives.  Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Criminal Justice or related field is required.  Minimum five (5) years experience working in Criminal Justice or with individuals exhibiting anti-social behaviors.  The AD must have excellent verbal, writing and computer skills.  Minimum five (5) years experience in administration and management and valid Maryland Driver’s License are required with no points.  The AD must be a U. House Supervisor
