Concrete Asphalt Laborer 334110

Driver - CDL 201422
Bus Operators needed to transport passengers around the downtown Baltimore area.  Drivers must be at least 21 years and have two years of driving experience with a Passenger endorsement and the ability to drive with air brakes.  If considered, applicants should provide a complete certified driving record no more than 30 days old from the date of application and a valid DOT physical.  This position is contingent on successfully passing a DOT drug screen and background check.

Driver - Commercial
Valid CDL B required H.S. or GED – 2 yrs experience.  May have no more than 3 points and accident free driving record. Safely operates a heavy-duty truck to perform assigned duties on commercial routes. Laborer 351162
Looking for laborers. Hourly pay based on experience. Maintenance Tech – 353343
To perform general maintenance, replace, grease or fix worn or broker parts or make adjustments to correct malfunctioning equipment and machines.  Provide routine preventive maintenance and ensure machines continue to run smoothly, building systems operate efficiently and the physical plant is maintained.  Responsible for record keeping. Work is in a cool, damp meat processing environment of 40 degrees.

High school diploma or GED with experience in equipment and building maintenance.  Some knowledge of HVAC and electrical, knowledge of electronics a plus.  Knowledge or experience of pneumatics a plus.  Basic skills in troubleshooting .  Must be flexible to work during off hours for preventative maintenance or “on call” situations.  Knowledge or experience of refrigeration a plus.  Should have own tools, but not mandatory.  Good organizational skills for record keeping.

Security Guards 253717

Security House Managers

Security House Managers –One of 4 Shifts to include Fridays, Saturdays and Sunday

8 a.m. to 4 p.m. 

4 p.m. to Midnight

12 Midnight to 8 a.m.

Additionally there is one shift that floats (2 days midnight and 3 days 8 a.m. to 4 p...m.)

Similar to a correctional officer, will maintain house security, monitor movement of inmates, monitor leave schedules, take house counts at random and as directed, sign inmates in and out of facility for work release, family leaves, medical appointments, hearings, etc.  Transport inmates to and from institutions of  greater security, administer drug and alcohol tests (Males only-collect urine) and do assigned paperwork.

High school diploma, some college desired.  At least one year of experience working with incarcerated persons is preferred.  Must be able to supervise groups of adult males.  Writing and verbal skills are necessary.  Valid Maryland driver’s license is required with no points.  Must successfully pass a criminal background investigation and a drug test.  $12.00 per hour with salary increases based upon adequate funding.  YOU MUST PROVIDE THESE DOCUMENTS:  HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR GED, BIRTH CERTIFICATE, SOCIAL SECURITY CARD, AND A VALID MARYLAND’S DRIVER’S LICENSE.

Family Support Supervisor
Our utility operators support a major construction, repair or excavating project.  The job entails maneuvering heavy equipment in rugged terrain.  Workers must exhibit a high degree of stamina and keen mechanical abilities to excel in this field.  Essentially, utility operators prepare a designated site for building or drilling.  Utility Operators will also need a basic understanding of electronics in order to operate many of the new vehicles designed with electronic controls.  Must be able to work outdoors on location in all weather conditions and on all terrain.  Depending on project, you may they may be expected to work evenings, weekends, or swing shifts.  May have to drive trucks that transport a variety of heavy building materials or operate machines that dig trenches, excavate construction sites or lift heavy equipment.  Must have 3 years of experience, HS Diploma or GED, Clean Driving Record and pass a background check and physical.
